“UVB-76 is a mysterious radio broadcast, consisting of nothing but an unpleasant buzzing noise, which has been going almost non-stop since 1982, and comes from somewhere in Russia. Three times during its nearly thirty year history, the buzzing has stopped, somebody has read a list of Russian names, and then the buzzing started up again.
